60th anniversary celebrations for Spondon school

Spondon's Asterdale Primary School celebrates its 60th anniversary in June this year with a number of special events being held to mark the occasion.

An evening party will be held at the school on Friday 28th June for all current staff and parents, plus former pupils and staff (over 18s only). It's a great opportunity to reunite all those people who have made Asterdale such a fantastic school over its 60 years.

There will be a bar, buffet, entertainment and a walk down memory lane! The party is free but the PTFA will, of course, be fundraising for the school during the evening!

The celebrations continue on Saturday 29th June when there will be a fun day, with stalls, entertainment, and fundraising. Everyone welcome!
