Spondon Friends of Treetops Hospice are holding a meeting on January 28th 1–4 pm in the Conference Room of Spondon Village Hall as an Invitation for New Helpers, in their local fundraising events for the hospice.
Over the last 18 months we have held events in Spondon Village Hall, Spondon Gala, Bartlewood Lodge, St Werburgh’s and Oakwood Gala.
Secretary of the Friends group, Val Perry, said: "We are looking for volunteers only to help for an hour or two when we have similar events in the future, committee meetings do not have to be attended, unless you wish to!
"If you feel you have a few hours to spare for a good cause in this New Year, come along to find out about our group and Treetops Hospice!"
